During this time of uncertainty, our team is doing everything possible to ensure that our community stays healthy. We are therefore seeing a limited number of patients and utilizing telemedicine as much as possible. Most of our appointments will be via telephone, except for those patients deemed urgent/emergent or in need of immediate treatment. In accordance with American College of Surgeons’ recommendations, Cottage Hospital Santa Barbara is only allowing urgent or emergent surgical procedures to be performed. In addition to safeguarding patients, this ensures that limited resources are preserved for those most in need.
